Hi! We can’t always answer all questions via Instagram or social media individually however you can gain an answer to your question from our FAQ. Our shipping varies depending on the processing time, current work load and your shipping address or destination. After you place your order, its goes into processing period which usually take 1-3 business days(does not include weekend or holidays)

Once your order is done processing then it is ready for shipping. Standard Shipping takes 3-5 Business Days to arrive depending your location.

International Shipping takes between 7-21 Business Days to arrive depending on your location.

If you would like more of the estimate from your location, feel free to contact your nearest USPS location for more accurate dates.

 
Yes we ship worldwide.

We send you your tracking number once your order is shipped so you can track it with USPS or on our tracking page.

Once an item is shipped it will automatically send a tracking number with the shipping confirmation email. When you receive a tracking number this means it is now in the hands of USPS and we are no longer responsible for your package.

USPS is very reliable mailing source so it is very rare for cases like this to happen. Packages may take longer in certain circumstances so Please understand when this happens it is out of our control.

We can not refund you for lost packages but again cases like this rarely occur. If you need to further discuss any shipping problems after you have received your tracking number, we would suggest you contact your local USPS and with your tracking number they can let you know exactly where and what is going on with your package.

This is very rare but it can happen and we want to make sure you know the proper steps to take in action.

Restock on items Vary, it always depend if the style is available from our vendor and the current demand of the product . If an item becomes out of stock, very quickly we restock them. We always update our customers on our Instagram and Facebook pages about items that are restocked so be sure to follow us on all our social media platforms and stay updated.

We do offer a lot of special offers, sales and free shipping on specific items often, so because of that sales/promotional items are all Final Sale. NO EXCEPTIONS

Orders purchase on promotion or with the use of promotional codes are all FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY for more in depth of the policy and full information.

We know this can be very disappointing and we do not manufacture our items and we do not have any control over this therefore CallysEve is not responsible for damages that happens after the item is used for that matter we can not refund you for an item that you broke or ripped after any wear or tear. NO EXCEPTIONS

We understand that it may be hard to determine your size in each item that is why we provide the size of the item at the description box, so be sure to check to make the right purchase. Our sizes provided should be a perfect fit for all but Please Note we are not responsible if an item doesn’t fit the way it is expected. We have never encounter issues like this so it is very rare but it can happen. However we do offer store credit. Please read more on our RETURN POLICY Information page.

International Shipping is $25

After signing up with us,  it can take approximately 24 hours to see the coupon code in your email but sometimes the coupon code is sent immediately so please check your email properly and also check your junks, sometimes it will be there. Thanks
