RETURN POLICY
PLEASE READ ALL POLICIES THOROUGHLY, so that you make an informed purchase. Thank you for your interest in shopping with us. We appreciate your business.
RETURNS:
All orders placed under a promotion or with the use of discount codes are ALL FINAL SALE and can’t be returned. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.
We don’t accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, But please contact us if you have any problems with your order to get the issue fixed immediately. You may exchange an eligible order for a Store Coupon Code.
All returns are processed for store coupon code of the purchase price of the item exclusive of original shipping charges. All shipping fees are excluded from merchandise amount should the customer choose to return an item.
RETURN SHIPPING LABEL is the responsibility of the customer if the customer chooses to return an item. (we don’t create return shipping labels)
RETURN INSTRUCTION :
1. Must email: customersupport@callyseve.com for return approval
2. Please include your order number in the initial email.
3. Merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt
4. Merchandise must be unworn
5. Accessories, bodysuits, white clothing, or items cannot be returned. These items are FINAL SALE
6. All Sales/Clearance/Promotion are FINAL SALE.
You may RETURN OR EXCHANGE a purchased item within 10 days of receipt for store coupon code. To qualify, the item must be in the original, unused condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping of an item for reasons other than defect.
DAMAGES:
In the unfortunate circumstances that you receive a damaged item. You must send an inquiry within 3 days of the receipt of the item so that we can resolve the issue immediately.
You have 7 days from the initial inquiry to provide all supporting evidence for a refund to be issued.
We are not open during weekends, we only fulfill and answer emails during business hours.
Monday – Friday 10AM – 6PM
Expect a response to your email within 24-48 hours (not including weekends)
We do not answer order-related questions through DM’s, Facebook messenger, or social media.
